To qualify for citizenship under the St Kitts Nevis Real Estate Option, The Government of St Kitts Nevis requires applicants to make an investment in designated real estate developments, Citizenship approved developments sell for a minimum of US$ 400,000 After purchasing a property that is approved by Citizenship by Investment the applicant must then pay the following fees to have his St.Kitts Citizenship Registered.

The Cost of Obtaining St Kitts Nevis Citizenship by Investment under the Real Estate Optin

US$50,000.00 for the main applicant.
US$25,000.00 for the spouse of main applicant.
US$25,000.00 for each child of the main applicant under 18 years.
US$50,000.00 for any dependant over 25 years including parents and grandparents
Under this Option, The St.Kitts Nevis Citizenship Certificate costs USD $47 for each Certificate of Citizenship.

Resale of Citizenship by Investment Properties

As per the St Kitts Nevis Citizenship by Investment Regulations 2012, individuals must retain their St Kitts Property or Nevis Property for 5 years after the date of purchase, the New St Kitts Nevis Citizenship by Investment revised regulations now allows the next buyer to apply for St Kitts Nevis Citizenship.
